Product presentations in 2D are yesterday's news, today digital technologies offer the possibility to experience a product interactively. With our expertise in the development of 3D real-time guides, we developed the concept for a mobile product guide for tablets, which provides a 360° view of the Aesculap Aeos® digital microscope by combining augmented reality and touch technology.
The Aesculap Aeos® XR Product Guide offers B. Braun Melsungen AG sales staff two modes for customer presentations: Discover and Experience. In the Discover mode, we use the tablet's touch function and make the complete product features of Aesculap Aeos® available to touch. Sales representatives can navigate customers through all features of the microscope and guide customers through all the advantages of Aesculap Aeos®. In the Experience mode, we integrated augmented reality into the app - this way the microscope is placed as a virtual object in real space and can be experienced directly in a hospital environment.
