Your qualifications

Skills

  • Passion and interest in modern media technology, virtual reality, smart home systems, and gaming content
  • Hands-on skills and a strong willingness to learn
  • Technical know-how with gaming technologies such as VR hardware
  • Reliability and a strong team spirit
  • Networks and routers are no mystery to you
  • German language skills required, English is a plus
Your tasks

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and support of the NMY Showroom SPACES
  • Assisting with the configuration of media technology components, virtual reality systems, and smart home devices
  • Supporting customers in using technologies such as virtual reality
  • Participation in service appointments in Germany and abroad
  • General project-related support tasks
  • Testing of game and content applications
