Interactive 3D Holography
Combining an autostereoscopic display with a sophisticated hardware setup enables free-floating visualization of 3D objects, which - as opposed to conventional "holographic" displays - have real depth, and can even be experienced without clumsy 3D glasses.
Placing real objects into the setup merges the real space with the virtual space - Mixed Reality in perfection!
Visualization is not limited to precomputed videos, but works especially well with realtime rendered scenes, allowing to freely interact via iPad, Android tablet, or other mobile interaction devices, such as the Touchlab Mini.
